  • Do not make unauthorized alterations or repairs.

  • Keep the property clean and in good condition.

2. Timely Rent Payments

  • Rent must be paid in full and on time according to the lease agreement.

  • Payments are made through the secure tenant portal unless otherwise instructed.

  • Communicate proactively if an issue arises—early communication matters.

3. Maintenance & Repair Requests

  • Submit maintenance requests through the tenant portal.

  • Clearly describe the issue to help ensure timely resolution.

  • Report emergencies immediately using provided emergency contact instructions.

  • Allow reasonable access for repairs and inspections with proper notice.

4. Respect for Neighbors & Community

  • Follow community rules, HOA guidelines, and local ordinances.

  • Maintain reasonable noise levels.

  • Be respectful of shared spaces, parking areas, and common facilities.

5. Communication & Cooperation

  • Maintain up-to-date contact information.

  • Respond to management communications when action is required.

  • Follow lease terms and policies outlined at move-in.

6. Move-Out Responsibility

  • Provide proper notice in accordance with your lease.

  • Leave the property clean and in good condition, allowing for normal wear and tear.

  • Return keys, access devices, and any provided equipment.
